Nitnew Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Our", "Us" and “CareBazar ” and shall include any affiliates) understands the privileged position We are in while providing the services through Our website ‘www.CareBazar.in’ and/ or mobile application ‘Gig Score’ available at Google Play store and Apple App Store (collectively referred to as “Platform”) and are committed to protecting the information and data shared by all of Our users (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Yourself” and “User”). In light of the same, We have created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) which is in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011. Information Collected by the Company

  1. Mobile number;
  2. Alternate number, if any;
  3. E-Mail address;
  4. Name.
  5. Gender.
  6. Date of birth.
  7. Current location/ area/ location.
  8. Pin code.
  9. Permanent Account Number (‘PAN')/ copy of PAN Card or other government recognized identity proof if PAN is not available.
  10. Any other identity proof as required by Company’s customer.
  11. Bank account details.
  12. Such other ancillary information as may be required to carry out our operations.
  1. We may collect non-personal information (“Non-Personal Information”) from You through the Platform when You visit and/ or use the Platform.
